• No, the voltage limit is intended only to apply to the actual power source (i.e. a battery). The purpose of this voltage limit is to avoid unsafe high voltage power sources such as batteries from being present at the event. Higher voltages may be used elsewhere in the system as long as the power source itself meets the requirement.
