Does the process of purchasing Heavy Duty equipment differ from normal process?

Yes. Heavy Duty equipment requires special towing arrangements. Regular tow trucks usually can not handle the load. Heavy Duty items are usually picked up by customer at an Insurance Company auction location under a supervision of our personnel. The Insurance Company auction locations are usually located within 300 mile radius from our specified distribution center. Please inquire about the location of the specific item. Pick up at the Insurance Company auction location can be done Monday through Friday 9am-4:30pm with prior arrangement. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Item must be picked up within 7 days from the auction end date to avoid additional storage charges of $20 a day. Sometimes (but not always) we would be able to get the Heavy Duty item towed to our location (if requested) at an additional expense to you. Please inquire about the rates on a particular item at a particular location.
