No, and and now that the 4 billion merger has happened, Granada owns the majority share in any case (68% compared to Carlton’s 32%). The only thing that changed when the single ITV was floated onto the Stock Market is that it was to be called ITV plc and not “Granada and Carlton” – it makes no difference whatsoever to a likelihood of Crossroads returning to ITV1.
