Does the Re-Action System docking station model work with remote hand-held controls?
A. Yes. The Re-Action System compliments the remote systems very nicely. Remote hand-held systems are very handy and allow the angler to move about the boat while still controlling the trolling motor. On windy days or in water current, hand-held remotes can be frustrating, as they are often slow to respond and require a lot of attention and the use of one hand. These are the days where the Re-Action System docking station and hand-held remote should be used in tandem. We suggest that the angler fishing out of the bow of the boat uses the Re-Action System docking station and foot pedal which allows for ultra fast response to wind or water currents. The angler at the back of the boat keeps the hand-held remote and when the angler in the bow is distracted by re-tying a lure or landing a fish, the angler with the remote temporarily takes over trolling motor control. When the angler in the front is ready, he/she takes over the control with the foot pedal again. The systems are able to work
