A1. No. The closure does not effect fishing in Oregon rivers and streams. It only applies to commercial and recreational ocean fishing from Cape Falcon to the CA/OR border. The Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission will review and adopt the 2008 regulations for ocean, bay and river sport fisheries at the June meeting. Until then current regulations apply.
