Well. In my opinion the use of weed will rise, but there will be more money for the government because they can tax it. So personally I think that you can find a way for a weed wallpapers if you will ask for an order. Since I had an experience with trim trays, so when I ordered it, in my delivery was a small flash memory card with wallpapers of marijuana on it (like a gift). By the way from the time to time I look for an article about the legalize , I am looking for a gift too, so if you want you can find it from at http://UrbanAroma.com. Hope my information was useful for you, good luck dude 🙂

The law covers production so it applies to the sale and importation of kits. There is no reason why it should. It remains an illegal drug and criminal sanctions continue to apply. In particular, the Government is taking a tough line with dealers. It backed up reclassification with an education campaign aimed at young people, to make it clear how the law operates in practice and to dissuade them from experimenting with cannabis. The Advisory Council report on cannabis indicated that : “In attempting to analyse the likely impact on prevalence of reclassification, there is very little relevant domestic learning to draw on. But it is possible to look at the experience of other countries, albeit in circumstances where civil penalties have replaced criminal sanctions. In particular, the experiences in Australia, the Netherlands and the United States are illustrative. In each of these countries a reduction in the penalties for using cannabis has not led to a significant increase in use.
