Does the recording system have the ability to record and/or recreate all silent portions of the interaction during playback?
When recording, VPI’s system provides constant linear date/time tracking for real-time “as recorded” playback, including the reproduction of silent periods for the purpose of non-event verification, whether or not the silence was originally recorded (depends upon the recording trigger selected). The recorder represents silence in the original recordings in a form that does not consume space for silent audio, yet can be recreated during playback.
