Does the recycling scheme carried out by Chelmsford Borough Council extend to flats?
Following the success of our kerbside recycling collection in the borough, we are now extending recycling facilities to residents living in flats. Depending on the amount of space at your block of flats you may have one or all of the following bins – clear glass, mixed glass, paper, food and drinks cans.
