Does the remote video endpoint or server need to be on in order for the centralized address book to function?
The server and a console must be running in order to update the centralized address book. A connection to the endpoint is not required. But once the address book has been pushed to the endpoints sitelist, the endpoint can make a call using these entries without any assistance from the SVNM server.
