Does the S.A.M. National Council get to review the Foundations detail report of incomes and expenses?
The Foundation Board intends to make details of incomes and expenses available to the S.A.M. National Treasurer and other entities the Foundation deems neccessary for review and acceptance, with the understanding that the details be kept confidential. Openly publishing the details of expenses and incomes can jeopardize our competitive advantage by exposing our donor list and propriatary contact information. Any release of details will be at the Foundation Boards discretion.
