The ingredients in SmartBurn will not deteriorate when the fire is not being used. They have been specifically designed to “only” be activated when the fire is heated. My SmartBurn casing is empty !!!! If the metal casing is empty it means that:- 1. The SmartBurn has been so “cooked” that it has vapourised the ingredients extra fast OR 2. Ingredients have tipped out of the casing and fallen into the ash OR 3.
