As part of the services offered by AKEC the passport of the student would be submitted by AKEC to the visa section of the Diplomatic Mission of the Russian Federation in India and the student is not expected to appear for a personal interview. In rare cases at the discretion of the Visa Officer, a student may be asked to be present at a pre-defined date and time for an interview. In normal cases, the Visa is issued and stamped by the Visa office in week after the same is submitted.
