International callers who cannot use the toll free number should call 404-233-4400. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. through 9 p.m. eastern time. TSP operations are located in several areas throughout the United States with back up plans for disaster or emergency situations. If you have a TSP loan, you should contact a TSP participant service representative if you are unable to make your loan payment because you have been affected by a disaster or declared emergency.
