Injections and immunizations are covered up to a maximum benefit of $500 per Policy Year, including flu shots at the Student Health Center; injections for allergies; and, needle stick HIV testing administered in the doctor’s office. Deductibles and Co-pays are waived only when services are rendered at the Student Health Center, and will apply to all services received outside the Student Health Center.
