Does the University offer summer orientation sessions for new students?
Response: Yes. During the summer prior to your first year, the University’s Counseling Center conducts three orientation sessions called the Introduction to the University Program. Two sessions are held in July, and the third and final session is held in August immediately preceding the beginning of the fall semester. The Counseling Center notifies all students admitted to the University of the dates, times, activities and costs associated with the orientation program. The Honors Program does not pay for any costs associated with these sessions.
