Does this baby on the ultrasound look like its 12 weeks or 16 weeks?
It’s hard to say. I had an ultrasound at 11 wks and one at 16 wks. The 11wk ultrasound did not look like a “baby” it looked like a peanut! At 16 weeks, he looked like a minature baby. Remember those free ultrasound clinics are usually schools, right, and they have new techs using your belly to take their tests and practice on. They don’t generally have the most experience. I’d trust your doctor, he/she’s been doing it a lot longer. You’ll find out a bit later how your due dates match up to the ultrasound diagnostics-but not till after (what they think is) 20 wks.
