Does this technique display a polydispersity index, as DLS does?
NTA tracks and sizes each particle within the field of view on an individual basis. This means that a total particle count at each size is provided and as such the particle size distribution measured is an indication of how polydisperse the sample is. A poly-dispersity index is therefore not required.
