Does those pheromone colognes really work to attract women?
There’s probably some semi-silly answers, some arm-chair psychology, and a few precious chunks of science here… Do they work? a) Certainly, if “women” can be losely translated to female… insect. b) In terms of humans, the evidence is alot less solid than say a “source” of these compounds might have you believe. “Drive Women Wild… only $xxx ! Act now, a get a bonus set of knives!” c) Confidence goes a long way (we’re talking psychology here, not one of the relatively easily quantifiable physical sciences). If you slap on some magic potion that will believe will make you attractive… well, then you start acting like it. Whenever you face “normal” rejection, you just blow it off (her vomeronasal organ must be blocked…) and whenever you are “successful”, it increases your confidence, etc. A suppose it would be inappropriate now to point out the many children’s tales that have this same theme….
