Through our Nursing Home Program, we are able to provide services to persons with advanced illnesses who are in nursing homes. These patients may either be homebound patients who transfer to nursing homes or nursing home patients who are admitted to our program. TideWell currently has contracts with more than 40 nursing homes in the four counties where we provide services. Patients receive care regardless of ability to pay.
