Does Tillamook ice cream contain any allergens?
Each Tillamook ice cream retail carton label has a “contains” statement that clearly states any major allergen ingredient(s) and we have added bold type to the major allergens in the ingredient listing for your convenience. All of our ice cream products are produced on the same lines. Any ice creams that contain allergens are produced at the end of the day, followed by a complete system sanitation. We have no sure way of knowing whether any residual allergens may remain. At the ice cream counter in the Visitor’s Center, ingredient lists are available upon request and those ice creams that are being dipped for those with allergies are dipped with a fresh clean scooper.
