Does Tori allow people to tape or bootleg her concerts?

Taping a Tori show is illegal and Tori does not allow it or have anything like a special section for tapers. This does not seem to stop people since bootlegs of Tori shows are very common! But it is not something that is legal or official. (I think Tori should sell CDs of her shows like Pearl Jam does. That would be wonderful!
