I cant say for sure on the ultram variety, however, my Tramadol SR (slow release) contains the following– sugar, maize starch, colloidal anhydrous sillica, ethylcellulose, shellac & talc & Tramadol hydrocloride.

No, tramadol is a light opiate. While Acephetamine is 1000 times stronger then morphine.
