No, Medicare only allows for dialysis for End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). TRICARE allows dialysis when medically indicated. Dialysis treatments for non-ESRD will be assigned the APC associated with the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) that is billed.
