TSA uses Alternate Resolution to Conflict (ARC) programs from Federal Occupational Health to resolve employee complaints, as well as mediation provided as part of the TSA Model Workplace Program. 90 percent of TSOs who believe they have a complaint opt to use ARC programs rather than a formal process.
