Does USAID/DR provide scholarships?
USAID does not provide scholarships directly. However, if you need further information, please contact the Public Affairs Section of the US Embassy in Santo Domingo. They have several scholarship programs such as Humphrey and Fulbright for masters and doctorates. We also work with the Cooperative Association of States for Scholarships (CASS) and the Scholarships and Education for Economic Development Program (SEED). The programs are sponsored by Georgetown University, and benefit low-income and outstanding undergraduate students.
