Does User need to get the Express Dial Service activated after installing it?
No, User doesn’t need to get the service activated. Once installed on the mobile phone, users are all set to start using it. However, user has to note that during software installation the PIN which is downloaded in his/her handset is a dummy PIN, hence it is required that the dummy PIN is replaced with Reliance Global Call PIN. This activity of Change PIN in handset is manual and will be required after any new software installation or incase of PIN change in the Reliance Global Call Enterprise account. Calls will not be initiated using Express dial service if Wrong PIN is stored in the Handset. To change the PIN, User kindly go to Handset Main menu >> Installations (folder)>>Reliance (Icon)>>Account>>PIN.
