Does using the same notice number for multiple notice types link the difference notices, i.e. will my sources sought notice link to my presolitication notice?
No. FBO was designed around notice types not the notice number. Using the same notice number for multiple base notices does not create a link between those notices. While a search for the notice number will return all notice types using that number, they will not be related. A best practice is to create a search agent for any notice number of interest. Once the search agent is created and scheduled to run, the vendor would then be notified if any new notice of any type was posted or modified using that notice number.
