Does Vanderbilt offer the opportunity to shadow current students? Is it possible to stay with a student while I am on campus?
Yes, Vanderbilt offers a program called Dore for a Day in which prospective students may spend a day on campus “shadowing” a current Vanderbilt student. In this program, the prospective student will meet the Vanderbilt host in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 12:30 p.m. CT on the day of the visit. Prospective students should plan to be on campus until about 4 p.m. CT. This program is available Monday through Friday, from January to mid–April, when classes are in session.
