No. WebSamhita does not slowdown the operational speed of the web site. Of course since some external controls need to be loaded along with the page, the page will come a little slow for the first time when the component is loaded to memory. (This happens only once for one browsing session). Then onwards there will not be any difference. Even the first time the delay will not be significant, as WebSamhita components have been optimized for size and speed.
