Does Whey protein effect on liver problems?
Hi there, i do boxing and i do bodybuilding. If you take whey protein you will be ok. It does not harm your liver or have any long term life threatening effect on your body. However the use of creatine and other substances leads to kidney disease and liver failure. I recommend protein because it is a good source of protein that is pure and comes in large tubs. I recommend body fortress whey protein as decent quality.
