Does Whirlpool Corporation build a combination washer and dryer?
No. Whirlpool built a combo in the 1950s but it was discontinued because it was very large and the wash and dry cycle took a long time. Today, Whirlpool builds a 24″ washer with a dryer stacked on the top (24″w x 28″d x 72″h) and a 27″ stacked pair (27″w x 32″d x 72″h). Whirlpool Corporation alone supplies the industry with the 24″ configuration.
