A. No, WHITENING LISTERINE® pre-brush rinse is for whitening. It whitens teeth and removes stains. While it it does kill the bacteria that cause bad breath, it does not work against plaque and gingivitis like LISTERINE® antiseptic mouthwash, which is designed to be used after brushing.
