Does wind (not flatulence) affect radio waves ?

0

Wind is a result of uneven heating of the earth. Hot air moves up and cold air moves down due to hot air being less dense than cold air. This moves the atmosphere around (There is also an effect from the Earth’s rotation). Some other answers about magnetic fields may have been referring to “solar or magnetically charged particle wind,” but certainly not common atmospheric wind. Atomospheric wind (hot air vs. cold air and the rotation of the earth) does not affect radio waves in any appreciable way.
