Yes. X over Pro allows each filter to be set separately. For example, a two-way crossover network could have a 2nd-order Butterworth low-pass filter, a 4th-order Linkwitz-Riley high-pass filter. A three-way crossover network could have a 2nd-order APC low-pass filter, a 4th-order CPC band-pass filter and a 3rd-order APC high-pass filter.
