Does yakult have soya?
Yakult is made by fermenting a mixture of skimmed milk with a special strain of bacteria. The rest of the ingredients are just water, glucose syrup, flavoring etc and I did not see soya as being labeled. I have been drinking it since I was a kid and I do not have any problem with it. But I know some of my friends told me that their mother is worry that they are drinking too thick solution each time so they will add a bottle (yakult size) of cold ice water to a bottle of Yakult and mixed it so will not be too thick for them.
