No. Most tooth decay is caused by the fermentation of sugar in the presence of bacteria. ZEVIA is sugar free. Neither erythritol nor stevia - two of the primary ingredients in ZEVIA - are fermentable. In fact, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved the use of the phrase "Erythritol Does Not Promote Tooth Decay" as a health claim on food packaging.
