Does Zicam cold remedy really shorten a cold?
Try Umka. It’s helped me more than Zicam. Also, I know it’s gross, but I SWEAR by a Neti pot. I used to get sick all the time (like literally every month) and I had horrible allergies. At night, I would wake up gasping for breath or couldn’t sleep in the first place because I would get so stuffy. I use my Neti everyday and more often when I’m sick. I’ve never breathed better…its amazing and it’s great if you have drainage from a cold or a stuffy nose. It also just helps to clean out bacteria and allergens for a great cleansing. Once you get past the idea of it, it’s SO worth it. I bought my pot and salt at a local health food store for $17. I would have paid triple! Seriously though, if you really want to get better NOW, try it!
