Does zoloft help anxiety?
I was on Zoloft when I was 16 and like another person said, it nearly ruined my life. I would not recommend it to anyone. It did not help anxiety and it made me into an emotional zombie otherwise. I couldn’t cry or laugh with any sincerity for the entire time I was on it. And when I couldn’t take it anymore and quit, I was pretty much insane for 4-5 days. It makes you build a dependence on it. I would ask another doctor for a second opinion and see if there is any other option before you take Zoloft. Seriously screwed up my stomach, too. I am pretty convinced it is the reason I have nearly had ulcers. Be careful.
I was on Zoloft from when I was 15 until I was 23. It almost ruined my life, it helped a little but it made me dependent and if I was off for even one day I would lose my mind. It changes who you are and I don’t recommend it. PLEASE try a natural remedy, Zoloft will ruin your life, thankfully with Gods help I’ve been able to get off of it.
