No I do not think it wrong to use drugs recreationaly anymore than alcohol as long as it does not interfere with the safety of others. If it does endanger someone esles life then just like alcohol the person should be fired and the book thrown at them! Some drugs do severe damage to ones body and brain and they should be required to carry insurance to take care of them if need be.
