During what hours will premises be allowed to serve alcohol?

A – When applying for a premises licence you will complete an operating plan, which lists the hours during which you wish to sell alcohol. The Licensing Board will consider the application and may approve the hours (or grant different hours) in line with its general licensing policy. Off-trade licensed premises will only be allowed to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises between 10am and 10pm. You may, of course, wish to apply for different hours between these times. Licensing Boards may further modify off-sale hours in line with their general policy.
