All applicants for EECBG funds must submit an Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EECS) no later than 120 days after submitting an application. Applicants that submit an EECS with their EECBG application may be rewarded the entirety of their allocation, depending upon the size of that allocation. Applications submitted without an EECS will only be awarded up to $250,000, so that they might develop an EECS, and will not receive further funding until their EECS has been submitted.
