Yes, a letter was sent by the developer trying to convince residents of Walnut that we would benefit from the stadium, and signed by School Board Member Carolyn Elfelt. School Board Members should be concerned with protecting the health of our children, and the additional pollution alone should be enough to convince any thinking adult that the stadium is a bad idea. In reality, the letter is full of unfounded statements.
