Enema?? would it work in time??
An enema is the procedure of introducing liquids into the rectum and colon via anus. It works quickly within 30 minutes. It helps in passing and cleaning the lower bowel –intestine. It helps in removing the constipation. Different type of enema equipments is available with the chemist and should be used as per directions of some one who knows about it. It is easy and useful. You can use the one like hot water bottle attached with tube safely. Use some 1.5-1.75 liters (approximately) luck warm water and hang the bottle at some height9 1.5-1.75 meters (approximately). Quietly lie down on floor and insert the tip of the tube. Open the tap and let water go inside the bowel. Slightly with a small piece of cloth rub the belly. After the water is finished just remove the tube from anus and try to hold some more time and thereafter just clear every thing in water closet. After you are done don’t forget to take rest for fifteen minutes or so. Don’t eat any thing for the next one hour.
