What you are probably describing is Peyronnie s Disease of the Penis. This is an inflammatory condition of one or both of the chamber of the penis. Consequently, they do not engorge symmetrically and the penis deviates to one side. In severe cases this can prevent intercourse. I would consult an urologist for treatment options.
