Explain how people are invited to a survey. What does a typical invitation look like?

Before sending any survey invitation we always run a small screener according to the study requirements in order to closely identify the target respondent. These screeners are always phone-based. During this phone call we always re-confirm their email address and also intimate the members about the date and time of opening and closing of the study in case they opt to log-in to the website for participation. Typically an invitation comprises of information about the objective of the study and it also contains information about terms and conditions of participation and respondent incentives if applicable.
