For Administrative Staff, what is the process for re-evaluating a position?
A. There is a document in the Administrative Staff Compensation Plan ( which is located in Appendix G of the Administrative Staff Handbook) that explains the policy of the re-evaluation process. The first step of a re-evaluation for administrative staff is discussing this with the supervisor, then completing a Job Analysis Questionnaire. The JAQ is submitted here to HR.
