For Transformed Animals, there are schticks that no starting character can use do to the high Chi cost. Is this intentional?
Yes. Those powers won’t see use until after the Chi score is raised. The Transformed Fox power ‘Mockery’ says it makes the target unable to attack anyone but the Fox. Does this mean the target must attack the Fox as its next action (flying into a rage, etc.) or just that if the target is going to attack, it has to be against the Fox? The latter. The target is not required to launch an attack.
