Forest Glen Middle is currently under enrolled by 220 students. However, the portion of the Lyons Creek Middle boundary that is closest to Forest Glen Middle is also closest to the Lyons Creek Middle campus. These students live within two miles of the school and do not currently receive bus transportation. The portion of the proposed change within Lyons Creek Middle boundary, by contrast, is much closer to the Margate Middle campus than to Lyons Creek Middle campus.
