Forming an Agreement with MMS Corporation What type of agreement is there for the Retail Operator?
There is a straight forward agreement referred to as the End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is a contract between MMS Corporation and an entity for the purpose of the entity using MMS Corporation’s software to provide a financial services operation. The agreement runs for an indefinite period but can be terminated by either party giving three months prior notice. Only one EULA is required to be completed for a multi branch organisation. Individual branch details are captured through completion of an accompanying template document.
