We are so used to getting free stuff on the Internet I was surprised that I could not find any free instructional Lamaze videos on the web! Whatever I found on YouTube and other sites is either more for entertainment purposes, or just plain blatant advertising for something. Either way, none of them are really useful if you want to learn the Lamaze breathing techniques and birth preparation. That being said, I found that Having Your Baby! and Laugh and Learn About Childbirth are both absolutely wonderful and comprehensive childbirth courses on DVD that are quite inexpensive. If you want to recover part of your purchase price you can always sell it on eBay if you have no more need for it. I’m sure it’ll sell like hotcakes, and they’re worth every penny.
